We had the pleasure to work with Bayleys Real Estate on a branded content commercial spot pushing the metaphoric narrative of ‘breaking barriers’. Bayleys marketing group requested the content entertain and stun an audience of more than a 1,000 team members at their annual conference. The brief demanded a sense of cinematic power, passion and to leave the audience in awe; and ready to enthusiastic embrace the new fiscal year’s sales goals.
We explored different action-oriented characters and inventive periods in history during our ideation process. Our goal was to truly nail a historic time when innovation, passion and power collided in a way that is highly recognisable to the audience; and visually captivating for 90 seconds.
We produced the commercial spot through a rigorous and stunt-driven single day of production. Our collaborators included New Zealand stuntmen and women, special effects and pyrotechnics and spectacular train station location. The result left the audience quiet before roaring applause and raising the bar for all future production requested by Bayleys Real Estate.
